Sean and his buddy Eric are running from Athens to Atlanta to then run the Publix Marathon. It is over 100 miles in total. All to raise money for the American Cancer Society's DetermiNATION program.
Coaching
The 2011 numbers are in. Sean coached people to finish over 30 ultra marathons, over 20 marathons, and over 20 half marathons. He also coached people to over 30 seperate PRs from 5ks to 100 milers.
